Enjoy a chance to GIVE youR eating a 'ReBoot'

The Refresh team will help you jump start your nutrition by giving you the tools to make healthy choices not only during the trip but when you return home.  We'll show you how food can be good for you and taste good too.  

Breakfasts and lunches are prepared for refreshers with nutrition and health in mind. Post-workout smoothies are also included.  Dinner is yours to try out new recipes or explore the area!

There is power in a group and our goal is to learn from each other.  Recipes and tips from the Refresh Team, along with fellow Refreshers, will be shared to get your eating on the right track.

Come and get away from it all, focus on you.  Experience some of the best workouts ever. Coaches Kirk & Kameron Johnson will take you on a fitness ride that will have you burning maximum calories all day. Expect to work hard and reap the benefits of our specialized outside playground workouts, in-gym circuit, strength and conditioning, boxing, yoga and more.  Enjoy stunning views from a variety of workout sites available to us!  We truly believe that variety is the spice of a healthy, sustaining life.

Kirk Johnson

Kirk is all about 'inspiring the desire to live a healthy lifestyle.' He's a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, certified NASM PT, AFAA PT, Yoga fit, Cardio Kickboxing, Kettlebell and Spinning.  Kirk attended the U of M on a track scholarship for 3 years.

Kirk's 15-years of fitness knowledge and experience helps keep the innovation and variety in his workout programs and makes them exciting and creative.  He continues to help and inspire a healthy change in the lives of many of his clients.  

His dance and drumming background has taken him around the world several times as well as to multiple TV and video appearances with Prince & NPG, Candy Dulfer, Lorie Line and other professional artists for 20+ years.  He continues to create original music and fitness programs that keep him and his clients motivated.  

Because of his continued road travel and being at the mercy of hotel and fast food, Kirk understands why it's important to make the right healthy choices when on the road and/or vacation.

 

KELLY GAVIN

Kelly will be your host during the Refresh Retreat and your main contact for all questions related to food, bookings and retreat details! Kelly is an avid lover of training while traveling and has spent much time finding just the perfect location for our next retreat.   Kelly is passionate about nutrition and the positive effect the right types of food can have on our bodies. Kelly will be highly involved in the menus and nutritional aspects of your experience as we work to reVitalize your nutrition.



Kameron Johnson

Kam is an outgoing, energetic, focused and results-driven personal trainer. He specializes in performance enhancement and focuses on core conditioning and proper biomechanics to elicit the proper response.  Kam takes pride in providing variety in his workouts to keep things fun and exciting. He won't just give you great workouts, he'll give you great results!

Kameron is a top-athlete having played Division I football. Kam trains all types of athletes from 'Yoga-Moms' to current NFL players.

Not only an amazing trainer, Kameron is quite the chef!  He is amazingly talented in the kitchen and has great experience putting together great food, with health and nutrition in mind.
