The Refresh team will help you jump start your nutrition by giving you the tools to make healthy choices not only during the trip but when you return home.  We'll show you how food can be good for you and taste good too.  

Breakfasts and lunches are prepared for refreshers with nutrition and health in mind. Post-workout smoothies are also included.  Dinner is yours to try out new recipes or explore the area!

There is power in a group and our goal is to learn from each other.  Recipes and tips from the Refresh Team, along with fellow Refreshers, will be shared to get your eating on the right track.
